Customer feedback loop is a way to organize, support, or evaluate software work so that teams can make useful progress with less avoidable friction. It is most valuable when connected to a concrete outcome and the local conditions of the team using it.

Customer feedback loop matters because productivity is shaped by the path from an idea to a reliable result, not by visible activity alone. Teams use this concept to make a particular part of that path easier to understand or easier to improve. The useful question is not whether every team follows the same pattern.
