About William Wakefield
William Wakefield is Chief Technology Officer at Stealth AI Startup. Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States.
U.S. Government cleared candidate Hi, I’m William - passionate, dynamically driven, and always curious. I have done extensive research on flight software for mission-critical space systems at the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory to ensure safety needs are met at a national level. I have also led a team on an AI/ML R&D project related to autonomous vehicle systems, challenging me to explore the intricacies of the tinyML industry. Now, my research continues at RTX as I strengthen my technical aptitude for mission-critical real-time systems. Outside of engineering, I’m also a radio show host at MIT’s historical radio station, WMBR 88.1 FM. My shows explore a wide range of music genres, interviews with people from all walks of life, and podcasts focused on linguistics and Mayanist research. I'm especially passionate about using natural language processing to support endangered Indigenous languages, such as Mayan languages, and also enjoy working on visual projects like fractal generation with openFrameworks (C++). Occasionally, you’ll catch me DJing late-night sets just for the love of it. I’m always open to connecting - whether to collaborate, exchange ideas, or just chat. Feel free to message me here or reach out via email at wïll wåke [AT] mit.edu.
