I ship fast and stay hands-on - from the first line of code to production rollout. Fifteen years of engineering, the last several spent turning generative AI from buzzword into tooling people actually depend on and, increasingly, into measurable ROI. My sweet spot is messy, real-world data — documents, code, images, voice, conversations — and making AI structure it into something useful, secure, and production-grade. Enterprise GenAI platforms, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, MCP servers, entity resolution, human-in-the-loop review on high-stakes data. I build the boring-but-hard parts that make AI trustworthy, not just impressive in a demo. Right now my biggest focus is proving AI's value, not just shipping it: instrumenting adoption, usage, and time-saved across a massive engineering org so GenAI tooling is backed by hard numbers, not vibes. Getting AI into production is the easy half — showing it actually moves the needle is the 2026 challenge, and it's the one I'm spending most of my time on. By day that's enterprise scale. On the side it's founding AI ventures that solve real operational problems. Same instinct either way: take the chaos, give it structure, make it act — and prove it paid off. Tech toolbox Go, Python, TypeScript/Node/Bun/React, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic, ArangoDB, Postgres, QUIC | WS, OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs, Laravel (PHP), Redis Always happy to talk shop on GenAI, agents, ROI measurement, or turning chaos into structured data.
