I’m a product and technology leader with experience building and scaling businesses from early stage through public-company outcomes. I’ve been part of three startup-to-public journeys—Proofpoint, Eventbrite, and Ethos—leading across the phases that matter most: early foundations, hypergrowth scaling, and the operating rigor required as companies mature. At Ethos, I helped build the company’s product and technology capabilities from the ground up across engineering, product, security, and data. We built a platform that modernized how life insurance is bought and underwritten—reducing friction for customers and enabling distribution partners to operate at scale. My work spans org design and leadership hiring, platform and architecture strategy, analytics foundations, security and compliance posture, and the operating cadence that turns strategy into predictable delivery. I approach product and technology through a distribution and unit-economics lens. I partner closely with GTM and operations to improve the full system: conversion, speed-to-value, retention, and cost to serve. I’m disciplined about defining a small set of KPIs that reflect the real business and then building the instrumentation and review loops so teams can execute with clarity. My technical foundation includes machine learning and modern AI. I’m most energized when AI creates measurable leverage—automation that increases throughput, reduces error rates, strengthens risk controls, and improves customer experience—backed by strong evaluation, clear guardrails, and privacy and security built in. I founded Simppler, a data-driven employee referral platform, scaled it to 50+ customers, built an exceptional team, and raised capital from Tier 1 investors. That founder perspective shows up in how I lead: customer-first, metrics-driven, and focused on building durable advantages—not just shipping features.
