I build things at the intersection of AI and business strategy and I've done it from both sides of the table. As CTO of Aura Intelligence (a Bain-incubated venture), I architect multi-agent AI systems that automate complex diligence and analysis workflows for deal teams and portfolio operators. As an Associate Partner at Bain, I lead AI-enabled transformation programs for Fortune 50 clients and PE firms, translating AI adoption into quantified growth, margin, and operating-model impact. Before Bain, I spent a decade building data science and analytics functions from scratch at HubSpot, Shopify, and Liberty Mutual. I was the first data scientist at Liberty Mutual's talent analytics group, grew HubSpot's people analytics team from 1 to 30+, and applied econometric modeling to optimize $100M+ in compensation decisions at Shopify. The thread across all of it: I care about building things that work (teams, products, systems) and I've found I do my best work when I can pair strategic thinking with getting my hands dirty technically.
