Prior to starting FOCUS24, which was aquired by Envision in 2013, Vin worked with RESPONSE Technologies where he served as the Principal Software Engineer for The Starting Line: System for Outcomes Measurement, a medical outcomes data collection, measurement, and analysis system based on analysis algorithms developed at the New England Medical Center. This role allowed Vin to begin working with massive data sets and analysis algorithms and techniques that formed the early basis for his long career in software artistry.
