Vijay Aviur is Chief Technology Officer at Dminds Solutions Inc. Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, United States.

Most organizations treat data as a resource. The ones that win treat it as infrastructure and an asset - the foundation upon which every decision, every product, and every client outcome is built. I build that foundation. I am a technology and data executive with practitioner-level depth across the full data and investment management lifecycle - from quantitative analytics, multi-factor risk modeling, and portfolio optimization at Fidelity's institutional asset management company, to data-as-a-product delivery at DTCC and BNY Mellon, where I built/led platforms supporting $2T+ in assets under custody and drove 83% self-service data adoption across thousands of broker-dealers and custodians globally. At DTCC, I led the risk and data workstream for the US market's conversion to T+1 settlement - the most significant change to US market infrastructure in two decades. At Thomson Reuters, I led the product innovation that earned the Eikon platform the Edison Award for Innovation in 2013. Today, as Chief Technology Officer of DMINDS, I am architecting end-to-end data and AI ecosystems for leading insurance brokerages. My practitioner stack spans Snowflake, Databricks, Profisee, Informatica, AWS, Azure, Python, R, and Java - with applied AI experience across NLP, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and generative AI strategy. I have led large global data and engineering organizations and managed technology budgets exceeding $55M. Let's connect if you are building something that matters.
