My career has been driven by one core idea: technology should make people and industries smarter, not just faster. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve led teams and technologies across sectors—from building large-scale government data systems to modernizing HR platforms and now transforming industrial reliability at KCF Technologies as Chief Technology Officer. What ties it all together is a fascination with how data, intelligence, and human insight can converge to solve complex, real-world problems. Today, that vision takes shape through AI at the edge—smart vibration sensors that detect anomalies, predict failures, and help industries eliminate unplanned downtime before it happens. At KCF, I’m leading the development of agentic AI systems that reason, learn, and act autonomously. We’re embedding edge ML directly into sensors, deploying predictive models through scalable MLOps on Databricks, and combining physics-based insights with AI to turn raw vibration data into intelligent action. But the real story isn’t about the algorithms—it’s about people. The engineers who trust our insights. The customers who make better decisions because of them. And the teams that innovate fearlessly when they see technology delivering real impact. I believe in building systems that think ahead, teams that grow together, and technologies that make the world more reliable, sustainable, and human.
