My focus is on strengthening the foundations of our technology organization - modernizing core systems, elevating reliability and performance, advancing cloud and API strategy, and ensuring our enterprise security posture is strong, disciplined, and resilient. I work closely with our product and business teams to align market needs with a technology roadmap that scales, innovates, and delivers measurable value. As CTO, my role is to: • Modernize with clarity by upgrading legacy platforms, optimizing performance, and enabling scalable, global operations. • Secure with confidence by enhancing cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and risk management across the enterprise. • Innovate with purpose by embedding AI, automation, and modern architecture patterns into our products and internal workflows. • Deliver with discipline by unifying engineering, IT, and product development under a cohesive technology strategy aligned with business outcomes. • Lead with service by empowering teams, removing barriers, and enabling an environment where people take ownership, grow their skills, and perform at their best. Across more than a decade working alongside our leadership team, I have led high-performing engineering organizations, executed complex modernization initiatives, and built trusted partnerships across the business.
