I’m a technology and product leader focused on helping B2B SaaS companies scale across product, engineering, and platform strategy with a particular emphasis on AI and enterprise value creation. My experience spans building from early traction through scale, leading organizations through key inflection points such as: - Transitioning from founder-led execution to structured, multi-team product and engineering organizations - Evolving from single-product SaaS applications into extensible platforms and ecosystems - Leveraging AI to shift from systems of record to systems of intelligence that drive measurable operational outcomes I operate at the intersection of product, technology, and business strategy, aligning architecture, team structure, and roadmap decisions with revenue growth, pricing power, and long-term market positioning. In addition to my operating role, I serve as Fleetio’s board representative for the Ruby on Rails Foundation, working alongside leaders from companies like GitHub and Shopify to support the long-term growth of the Rails ecosystem. I’m particularly interested in working with companies at key inflection points, whether supporting early-stage teams as they find product-market fit and establish strong product and engineering foundations, scaling into the enterprise, modernizing product and architecture, or applying AI to unlock new sources of value.
