Vadim Lander is CTO and Distinguished Engineer for Identity Management & Security at Broadcom, where he leads the strategy and architecture of next-generation Identity Fabric technology, helping enterprises modernize and unify identity across hybrid environments. His work has guided Broadcom’s own adoption of Identity Fabric, delivering substantial advantages over prior SaaS-centric models, and now focuses on embedding AI-first principles into identity systems. A recognized authority in IAM, Vadim previously architected and led engineering for Netegrity SiteMinder (acquired by CA Technologies), later serving as CTO of CA’s Security Business Unit. From 2009 to 2019, he defined Oracle’s Cloud Identity portfolio, leading the design and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Identity Service and driving strategy for enterprise and cloud IAM. His contributions span federation standards, large-scale mission-critical identity platforms, and patented innovations that continue to shape the evolution of digital identity. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
