As Chief Technology Officer at Avid Technology, a PE-backed enterprise software company, I am leading the global engineering organization responsible for modernizing a product portfolio into an AI-first hybrid cloud platform business. This includes building a unified platform foundation across a multi-tenant cloud control plane, tenant-isolated compute, hybrid edge execution, modern authentication and authorization, distributed media processing, and a secure agentic runtime for deploying and operating autonomous AI agents safely at scale. Previously, I served as Chief Product Officer at Integral Ad Science (NASDAQ: IAS), leading global product strategy and platform expansion through Vista Equity Partners ownership, IPO readiness, and public-company scale. My work spanned advertising technology, measurement, verification, CTV, data platforms, product strategy, and commercial expansion. Earlier, I was a founding engineering leader at Hulu, helping build Hulu’s syndication platform during its formative years. I also founded Impex Digital, a video streaming and e-commerce company acquired by TCS, and held senior technology leadership roles at NBCUniversal, delivering digital media platforms, production automation, and technology for major live events, including the Olympic Games. I bring a combination of CTO, CPO, founder, and operator experience, with depth across product strategy, AI platforms, cloud/SaaS transformation, private equity value creation, global engineering, enterprise software, advertising technology, and media platforms. Across venture-backed, private equity-backed, IPO-stage, and public companies, I have focused on turning complex technology and product opportunities into scalable platforms, high-performing teams, and market outcomes, leading through growth, transformation, scale, and operating discipline.
