I'm a veteran results-driven IT and Device Management Leader focused on making organizations responsive, inclusive, engaged, and focused on service delivery. From building the IT operations groups and networks at top-100 concert venues, to constructing and managing applications to manage devices at all scales, I've lead and built key teams to accomplish mission critical goals for some very special organizations. At JumpCloud, I managed our Device Management product suite, including all prioritization efforts and business-driven efforts to support macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS, as well as integrated a Remote Assist and Background Tools solution, managed our remote script-runner product, and our patch management efforts. I helped guide the Devices organization and Product team from $30M to in revenue to more than $100M during four difficult years of the company's incredible history. At Technolutionary, I founded the IT Operations team that helped to rebuild Merriweather Post Pavilion, 9:30 Club, and Lincoln Theatre, and helped construct The Anthem and Atlantic venues. I lead the efforts to run 5 miles of fiber beneath Columbia, Maryland's historic venue to turn it into the best-run high tech large venue on the Eastern Seaboard, as well as the construction of The Anthem, DC's newest high capacity nightclub-style venue to make it the most sought after room in the Mid-Atlantic.
