I build and lead the engineering organizations behind enterprise healthcare software — teams that design, develop, and deploy the platforms hospitals, health systems, and life sciences companies depend on to improve care, manage costs, and run their organizations. At Premier, Inc., I serve as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the global engineering teams responsible for Premier Solutions — a SaaS portfolio spanning clinical quality and safety, supply chain, financial performance, and workforce management. My teams architect, develop, and deploy these platforms across a hybrid cloud environment, with engineering delivery across the U.S. and internationally — built on secure development practices and open source governance standards. Beyond my engineering leadership role, I serve on the Board of Directors for two Premier joint ventures. Pharmacy Quality Solutions (PQS) — the leading pharmacy-payer performance technology company, covering 95% of U.S. community pharmacies — was successfully acquired by Innovaccer in 2024. I continue to serve on the board of Long-80, a joint venture with Neurealm focused on AI-led managed services and digital transformation for U.S. healthcare organizations. Over more than 30 years at Premier — from applications developer through the company's Nasdaq IPO and its 2025 take-private by Patient Square Capital — I've led technology through every stage of the business. That experience across private, public, and PE-backed environments shapes how I think about building engineering organizations: with the discipline public markets demand, the speed a growth investor expects, and the long-term perspective that comes from genuinely knowing the domain. My focus is applying AI and advanced analytics to real clinical and operational problems — helping health systems improve quality, reduce unnecessary cost, and make better use of their workforce and supply chain. I work closely with product, clinical, and operations leadership to make sure the technology we build creates measurable outcomes for our members. Recognized as a two-time Carolina ORBIE Award finalist (2023, 2024) for technology executive leadership. I have served on customer advisory councils for several data and analytics technology companies, and on the advisory boards for the schools of computing at Clemson University and UNC Charlotte — both my alma maters.
