Possess strong leadership skills in locating, organizing, motivating, and developing talented technical resources both professionally as the lead architect of a java development teams as large as fifteen developers, as the president of a consulting organization with more than thirty consultants, and personally in community as a leader of the Phoenix Java User (www.phxjug.org ) group with over five hundred members. Worked closely with stake holders, business, technical, and customers, to capture and develop supportable, expandable, stable and user-friendly software applications. Provided continuous feedback and communication with stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle to ensure that the end product closely met the needs identified. Completed extensive objective research into the industry leading web application technology platforms, and evaluated the research using the CMMI DAR process. Research to be published soon.
