The outcome: a platform and organization investable enough to support a successful private equity transaction. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆: 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 My technical wheelhouse spans thirty years of hands-on engineering, from C and C++ systems early in my career through cloud-native architecture today (AWS, microservices, event-driven, CQRS), CI/CD and DevOps governance, AI-augmented SDLC, and security-first delivery aligned to SOC2 and OCC oversight. I came up building real-time, distributed systems, and I've stayed close enough to the code to make real architectural calls. I'm equally comfortable presenting architectural risk to a Board, partnering with a CRO on roadmap monetization, or pulling apart a deployment pipeline to find the bottleneck.
