Tim directs research, innovation and new product development for Authentix. Drawing upon his 27 years of experience in the authentication industry, Tim is responsible for the expansion of the Authentix digital platforms that support their customer's growing needs for authentications solutions. Tim has and continues to work closely with Central Banks, revenue agencies, and our industry partners to define best of breed machine readable feature solutions which provide enhanced security and performance while maintaining low total cost of ownership. Tim has been involved in the design, development and implementation of banknote machine readable security feature platforms for Central Banks for over 20 years and designing and implementing digital tax stamp solutions to fight tax evasion. Tim received a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from Brown University, a B.S. in Physics from Rensselaer, and is an IACA (Internation Association of Currency Affairs) and ITSA (International Tax Stamp Association) board member.
