I proudly serve as American National Bank and Trust's Chief Technology Officer. I have been in the information technology/security professional space for the past 20+ years. I've a long and varied experience in implementation, organization and management, governance and oversight in West Texas and the DFW area. This includes managed professional services, fiscal and procedural oversight, designing strategic IT plans for business operations, management of existing IT infrastructure. Along with the technical skills, I have a depth of enterprise risk and compliance expertise including Federal and State examination, 3rd party audit, GLBA and HIPAA compliance, vendor management, and careful selection of new technologies.
