Over my career, I have more than 15 years of technology, software, infrastructure, and leadership experience in fintech, web hosting, and influencer marketplace companies. I have scaled and matured product, engineering, and data teams and have a fundamental understanding of how to drive innovation to accelerate business growth. In the teams I have built, I created a culture of driving impact, emphasizing execution, modernizing infrastructure, and setting paths for clear career growth. I have spent the past few years as Chief Technology Officer at Opendorse where I led the development of a consumer-facing NIL marketplace to maximize endorsement value for athletes. I currently reside in Omaha, NE with my family. I have been married to my wife Cam for 14 years and we have 4 children; Evelyn, Annabel, Madeline, and Archie. I do live and breathe leadership. Some of the leaders I really enjoy following are Ben Horowitz, Craig Groeschel, Reed Hastings, and Jocko Willink. I read as often as I can on the subject and always look to refine and improve my leadership and communication skills.
