I am a cancer genomics scientist and technology leader focused on building next-generation precision oncology platforms powered by multi-omics and artificial intelligence. As Chief Technology Officer, I lead the development of genomic and computational technologies designed to improve cancer diagnostics, therapeutic decision-making, and treatment monitoring. My work integrates high-depth sequencing, machine learning, and multi-omics analytics to identify clinically actionable biomarkers and predictive models for cancer screening, diagnosis, progression and therapeutics. My research background includes extensive work in cancer genomics, immuno-oncology, computational biology and artificial intelligence, with contributions to international initiatives such as the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), ICGC-ARGO and many national level genome programs. These projects involved large-scale analysis of WGS/WES/RNA-seq data to identify novel biomarkers across pan-cancer. I have developed multiple tissue and ctDNA-based clinical diagnostic panels, several of which are CLIA-certified and used in clinical settings internationally. My work also focuses on non-invasive technologies for early detection and real-time therapeutic monitoring, enabling faster and more precise clinical decision making. I have authored 100+ peer-reviewed publications and books in leading journals including Nature Medicine, Cell, Science Advances, Gut, AJHG, and British Journal of Cancer.
