I’ve always been a builder at heart. Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to complex problems, ambitious ideas, and situations where the path forward isn’t always obvious. I enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, assembling the right people around a problem, and turning ideas into something real and scalable. Technology has been the foundation of my career, but I’ve never viewed it as an isolated function. The most interesting work sits at the intersection of business, product, people, and technology. I’ve built and led global engineering organizations across software, cloud, platform, security, data, and product development, with experience spanning fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, and other technology-driven businesses. As a leader, I care deeply about people, high standards, and clear ownership. Some of the most rewarding parts of my career have been building teams, mentoring leaders, and creating environments where talented people have the trust, context, and room to grow. I’m naturally entrepreneurial and curious, and I’m especially interested in AI, fintech, and how technology can reshape products and business models. My perspective is simple: great technology matters, but great companies are built when strong people, sound judgment, and technology come together around a meaningful problem.
