Hey there. Thank you for visiting my profile. I've spent my career at the intersection of technology and scale, building engineering organizations from the ground up, navigating the chaos of hypergrowth, and helping companies cross the finish line. Six exits and two IPOs later, I still get most energized by the earliest, hardest problems: the ones where the architecture isn't clear, the team isn't big enough, and the stakes are real. Most recently, I served as CTO at Aya Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing company in the US. I grew the engineering org significantly, led our AI/ML integration work, and helped modernize a technology foundation that had to keep pace with a business moving at full speed. Healthcare is a domain where technology failures have real human consequences, and that accountability shaped how I lead. My approach to the CTO role has always been both technical and human. I care about the quality of the code and the quality of the culture. I believe the best engineering teams are built on psychological safety, clear expectations, and leaders who remove friction rather than create it. I've tried to be that kind of leader, and I keep getting better at it. Outside the org chart, I'm deeply interested in how AI is reshaping what's possible for product and engineering teams. Not as a buzzword, but as a genuine strategic lever that most companies are still learning how to pull.
