Technology has never stood still—and neither has my career. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of helping organizations navigate major technology inflection points. From real-time distributed systems and enterprise analytics to big data, IoT, AI-powered SaaS, and now Generative AI, I’ve consistently been drawn to opportunities where emerging technologies can be transformed into enterprise capabilities that create lasting business value. Today, I serve as Chief Technology Officer at BriteCore, leading engineering, architecture, platform strategy, cloud operations, security, and AI innovation. My focus is building an AI-native insurance platform while creating an engineering culture centered on curiosity, craftsmanship, ownership, and customer obsession. My career has followed a consistent theme: helping organizations embrace the next generation of technology. At RTI, I worked on mission-critical distributed systems where reliability, determinism, and performance were paramount, supporting applications ranging from aerospace and defense to autonomous systems and low-latency financial trading. At American Express, I helped establish an enterprise analytics center of excellence, bringing modern data engineering and Silicon Valley innovation into one of the world’s leading financial institutions. At Driven, I led engineering, field engineering, and technology evangelism, helping enterprises adopt big data while building a vibrant developer ecosystem through open-source collaboration, strategic partnerships, and industry thought leadership. At Oracle, I helped evolve Industrial IoT into an innovation ecosystem by combining connected devices with computer vision, machine learning, robotics, and immersive technologies to solve complex industrial challenges. At Demandbase, I led a global engineering organization through the successful integration of engineering teams, products, and platforms following a transformational acquisition, while continuing to deliver innovation at scale. I believe technology leadership is ultimately about people. Great products are built by exceptional teams with a shared commitment to learning, excellence, and solving meaningful customer problems. My passion is building those teams—and helping organizations navigate whatever technology transformation comes next.
