I help companies move from product momentum to durable scale. That means building the platform, data foundation, AI strategy, engineering operating model, and leadership team needed for the next stage of growth. I have spent more than 25 years leading technology organizations across healthcare, financial services, SaaS, cloud platforms, mobile products, infrastructure, trading systems, and global engineering operations. As CTO of Omada Health, I lead engineering for a healthcare company focused on helping people manage chronic conditions and live healthier lives. At this stage of scale, the work is bigger than building features. We are building the foundation for a learning care delivery system, one that connects product, data, AI, clinical insight, devices, coaching, and operations into a better experience for members and a stronger platform for the business. I believe AI will reshape healthcare, but only if it is grounded in real problems, trusted data, safe workflows, and human care. My focus is on practical AI: helping teams make better decisions, personalize member experiences, improve care delivery, reduce operational drag, and create feedback loops that make the system smarter over time. A big part of my work is “on the system” leadership. I build the conditions that help teams do their best work: clear strategy, strong architecture, better planning, high-quality execution, healthy engineering culture, and leaders who know how to scale. I want teams to move fast, but not through chaos. I want speed with judgment, innovation with discipline, and delivery without heroics. Before Omada, I held senior technology leadership roles at Fidelity, Eze Software, and Emburse. I have led through modernization, cloud transformation, acquisition and integration work, security and infrastructure scale, product growth, and large organizational change. My experience has taught me that technology only creates advantage when it is tightly connected to the business model, customer value, and the people doing the work. I am at my best when working with mission-driven companies that have real product traction and are ready for the next level of scale. I enjoy building high-performing teams, growing leaders, simplifying hard problems, and turning bold ideas into systems that last. I hold an MBA, an MS in Computer Science, and a BS in Computer Engineering.
