I’ve launched new lines of business such as SoFi Relay, transformed internal technology platforms at Hippo and Bridgewater, and built ones from scratch at Clara. By combining genuine empowerment with accountability and focus on execution, I enable high-performing teams and build durable leadership benches. By bringing engineering teams closer to the product and the business, I make engineers feel like owners, not order-takers.
