Building 3-Points, LLC, a company that I founded in 2002, has allowed me to actualize many of my greatest strengths as an individual, and to share the spotlight of challanges and success with some very wonderful and talented people. 3-Points mission is to be the IT Department for the small business. We deliver comprehensive IT services, which include Proactive Maintenance, Help Desk Services, Project planning, and IT Department Outsourcing. We also provide our clients computer products from Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, Symantec, and many other technology industry leaders. Working as a CEO in the computer networking arena for the last 15 years has given me valuable insight into the ways this market is evolving. Making sense of this insight; and turning these lessons into real-world business solutions has become the major focus of my business life since 2002. In order to best capitalize on these opportunities, I have spent several years researching, reading, testing and tweaking the computer network business model we leverage for small businesses. The ideal client for 3-Points, LLC is any small business that has at least one (1) location with a minimum 10 PCs, and it goes up to a multi-site organization that has a maximum of 100 PCs. We work with all industries, and currently serve businesses in over 100 SIC codes, ranging from manufactures and logistics companies to law firms, accounting firms and retailers. Our business model is designed to standardize the delivery of computer-network-related-services, and we focus heavily on maintaining system uptime for our clients. Our business model success can be measured by the growth and retention of our client-base, which has been growing at an increasing rate year over year since our inception.
