I build engineering organizations and the strategies that drive them. Over the past 20+ years, I have advanced through senior leadership roles across government and industry—from leading missile defense programs at MDA to serving as Chief Engineer and now CTO for 2,200+ engineers at BAE Systems. What connects every role is a consistent focus on strategic planning, organizational design, and building solutions from the ground up. Most recently, I was selected to lead a newly chartered Decision Advantage Cross-Functional Team at the sector level, reporting to the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer. I built the team’s charter, strategic roadmap, IRAD portfolio, and partnership framework from scratch—defining not just what we deliver, but how we organize to deliver it.
