Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of business strategy, engineering execution, and organizational change. The environments and technologies have evolved — from founding software companies, to building digital engineering capabilities at Boston Consulting Group, to leading AI-native transformation as a CTO — but the underlying focus has remained consistent - Building the people, capabilities, and systems that allow organizations to create greater value through technology. As CTO and Global Lead for AI-Native Digital Engineering at Nagarro, I lead engineering transformation, platform modernization, and AI-native ways of working across global teams. My focus is helping organizations rethink how engineering teams build, operate, and create value as AI reshapes software development. The focus is on evolving engineering practices, operating models, and organizational capabilities while integrating new technologies, including AI, to create sustainable outcomes across teams, programs, and client organizations. I believe the greatest opportunity with AI is not simply adding intelligence to existing workflows. It is rethinking how work is structured, how decisions are made, how teams collaborate, and how engineering organizations continuously improve. Earlier in my career, I built software products and developer tools as a founder, and later built and scaled BCG's first digital build capability, bringing together product, design, engineering, and delivery disciplines to help organizations move from strategy into execution.
