I am a technology executive, AI and Digital Transformation Leader, and enterprise architect focused on advancing innovation and transformation in healthcare. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Paradigm, I lead AI transformation, enterprise technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and innovation initiatives. My focus is on enabling responsible AI adoption, modernizing enterprise platforms, improving interoperability, and establishing governance frameworks that help healthcare organizations realize measurable value from technology investments. Prior to Paradigm, I served as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture, AI, and Emerging Technologies at EXL Health, where I led enterprise architecture strategy and AI initiatives supporting healthcare transformation. My work focused on integrating Generative AI, advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies into healthcare solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, customer experiences, and business performance. Before transitioning into healthcare leadership roles, I served as an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Technology Officer, leading technology transformation, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, data and analytics, and AI initiatives for global organizations across Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, and Automotive industries. This cross-industry experience continues to shape my approach to solving complex healthcare challenges by applying proven innovation patterns and best practices from multiple sectors.
