I have over 10 years of experience in the software world. I love to build engineering teams and technology solutions that solve hard problems. I love stretching beyond the boundaries of the current ecosystems. I have built engineering teams from 0-15+, scaled Nike's SNKRS engineering teams from 30-60, built iOS products from the ground up, led backend teams to support high traffic product launches on www.swoosh.nike. I love combining art and technology to solve real life pain points. Ultimately creating something usable, beautiful, and reliable. I am skilled at leading organizations with big visions and embrace ambiguity. I have experience building Generative AI consumer facing experiences and optimizing processes with Agents. I think that a multi-disciplinary team with respect for one another can literally make magic happen. #teamwork I'm excited about AI and its potential and am keen to continue bringing AI assisted tools into engineering organizations. Is it scary - yes. Is it also exciting - yes. I'm also deeply excited about the change of interfaces and how natural language will be our natural input for so many creative crafts.
