Sandy Jacolow currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Empire State Realty Trust. He oversees technology innovation in support of Property Management, Leasing, Development, the Empire State Building Observatory, ESG, and PropTech activities. He works closely with the Compliance teams to monitor and mitigate risk associated with today’s cyber threats. Prior to Empire State Realty Trust, Mr. Jacolow served as Chief Information Officer at Meridian Capital Group, a role in which he oversaw the technology initiative supporting their Brokerage, Investment Sales, and Retail Leasing business. Prior to Meridian, Mr. Jacolow served as Silverstein Properties Chief Information Officer, a role in which he oversaw the firm’s technology endeavors supporting their property management, asset management, residential leasing, commercial leasing, and construction & development activities. Mr. Jacolow's responsibilities spanned across Silverstein Properties’ real estate assets and corporate entities including World Trade Center Management & Development, Silver Suites Residences, and Silver Suites Offices. Prior to Silverstein he served as Executive Director responsible for managing existing relationships, lead generation and providing the strategic direction for Calvis, Inc. a global real estate focused consulting firm. Prior to Calvis Mr. Jacolow served as CIO at Newmark Knight Frank one of the world's largest real estate brokerage firms. He reinvented Newmark's technology infrastructure, while enhancing their CRM lead generation capabilities, data access, and collaboration needs Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Jacolow served as Senior Director and Chief Information Officer at Clarion Partners, a member of ING Real Estate. During his 15-year tenure with Clarion, he was responsible for the firm's technology strategy. Additionally, for more than 10 years he concurrently managed the firm's Financial Control and Portfolio Accounting department.
