I build and scale technology platforms where engineering performance directly affects revenue, customer growth, and enterprise value. As CTO of AdMedia, I have led a global technology organization spanning engineering, product, data, QA, infrastructure, IT, and support. My work includes building revenue-critical advertising and monetization platforms, modernizing distributed infrastructure, automating complex operating workflows, and connecting technology execution to measurable business outcomes. I have led a 60-person global organization across the United States, Canada, and India, with responsibility for platform strategy, architecture, organizational development, delivery, security, vendor economics, and an approximately $2M technology budget. The systems under my leadership operate across five geographic infrastructure regions and support high-volume, real-time advertising, tracking, optimization, reporting, and reconciliation workflows. My teams automated approximately 85–90% of key advertiser operations, expanded the platform from a small active account base to a 95-account portfolio, and developed new monetization capabilities across AdMedia’s owned-and-operated digital properties. Earlier at SignNow, I independently architected and built subscription and billing infrastructure for SMB and enterprise customers. The platform supported approximately $12M in recurring subscription revenue between 2015 and 2017.
