As Chief Technology Officer at Rush Street Interactive, I lead technology strategy for one of the fastest-moving operators in regulated online gaming. As CTO of Warner Bros. Discovery Sports, I led the global engineering organization behind NBA Digital, March Madness Live, Bleacher Report, and the 2024 Summer Olympics, cutting engineering costs 30%, more than doubling delivery speed, and growing engagement fivefold, with a 2020 Sports Emmy along the way. Earlier roles at Macy's and Turner Broadcasting scaled digital commerce and cloud platforms at comparable scale. What I'm known for: being direct and unintimidated by hard problems, driving to the root cause to find the optimal answer rather than the comfortable one, paired with an empathetic, people-first leadership style that has built global teams.
