I build the engineering systems that make healthcare at scale actually work. As CTO of Signify Health (a CVS Health company), I lead the platforms that power one of the nation’s largest in-home care delivery programs — including member outreach to ~15M people annually, real-time provider logistics and scheduling, clinical data ingestion, and AI-driven workflow automation. My engineering organization touches every stage of care delivery: from the first phone call to a patient, through clinician assignment and routing, to the data that flows back to health plans and drives risk-adjusted outcomes. My core strength is translating complex, high-stakes business problems into scalable technology systems — and then running those systems at enterprise scale. I operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategy, working closely with product, sales, and operations leadership to drive both near-term execution and long-term platform direction. Over the past year I’ve been leading a significant organizational and technological transformation: restructuring my teams to be smaller and more autonomous, and deploying AI-driven code generation pipelines that produce production-grade software from meeting transcripts, workflow documents, whiteboard designs, and legacy code. We’ve built automated validation agents and canary traffic-shifting frameworks to ensure safety at every release — and in doing so, we’ve surfaced bottlenecks across cloud infrastructure, security, and tooling that we’re now systematically addressing. The result: higher throughput, leaner teams, and a fundamentally different way of building software. Across my career — spanning Signify Health, Cigna/Evernorth, 1upHealth, Dow Jones, and 13 years at Bloomberg — I’ve built revenue-generating platforms at every scale, led teams from 70 to 250+ engineers, and consistently delivered outcomes that combine technical rigor with business impact.
