I'm a self-taught engineer who has spent the last 15 years building real-time systems, building and selling a company along the way. I co-founded Rallybound, an enterprise peer-to-peer fundraising platform that grew to serve nonprofits like the Michael J. Fox Foundation, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and AIDS Walk. I started as CTO architecting the platform, became CEO, scaled the team from 2 to 30, and led the company to acquisition by Neon One in 2018. Today I'm at Prodege, where I lead engineering across three teams and stay deep in the systems myself. I designed and built our real-time streaming platform on Kafka and Flink - an event pipeline that computes behavioral aggregates in real time and serves them as features to ML models that make decisions, from fraud detection to offer and payout optimization. I also lead how we adopt AI across our teams.
