I am an enterprise software executive with experience as a founder, CEO, and CTO across payments, customer experience, digital platforms, and vertical SaaS. Most recently, I served as CTO of KUBRA, leading a 250+ person organization spanning product, engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and technology operations. I led the modernization of KUBRA’s technology foundation, migration of core production systems to AWS, and improvements in reliability, security, and PCI compliance. KUBRA’s platforms supported more than $16 billion in annual payment volume and over 4 billion customer experiences. Earlier, I founded and served as CEO of iFactor, a utility software company focused on outage communications, digital customer engagement, mobile applications, and geospatial solutions. I built and led the company for 12 years through its acquisition by KUBRA. My strength is connecting technology and product decisions to business performance. I am most effective in situations involving growth, modernization, operational scaling, M&A, or a significant business transition. I am interested in CEO, CTO, Operating Partner, and board advisory opportunities in enterprise software, payments, regulated industries, and growth-stage or private equity-backed companies.
