Data is the foundation of every organization , and if your data isn't AI-ready, your organization never will be. I'm the CTO at BitWise, where I partner with enterprise executives to turn legacy data ecosystems into modern, cloud-native platforms built for the AI era. Too many organizations invest in AI only to discover their underlying data is too fragmented, siloed, or unreliable to deliver results. My work fixes that at the root and increasingly, that means going beyond infrastructure into how AI systems themselves get designed, governed, and trusted. Outside of client work, I stay hands-on: prototyping agentic AI systems with enforced decision logic and audit trails for regulated use cases, evaluating LLM distillation and metadata-enrichment tooling, and studying how to guardrail agentic applications against prompt injection and permission creep. The organizations that win with AI won't be the ones with the flashiest demos, they'll be the ones who architected for governance and trust from day one. What I bring: strategy through execution , architecture, pipelines, and governance frameworks that make data trustworthy, scalable, and AI-ready, backed by an AI-enabled proprietary migration platform I built to automate data, ETL, report, and package migration from legacy systems to modern cloud environments, compressing years of manual effort into a fraction of the time. I've led this work for C-suite leaders across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Insurance, Retail, and eCommerce ,migrating on-premise systems to Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and GCP , and built alliances with Microsoft, Databricks, Informatica, IBM, Talend, and Tableau. Client partnerships include Global Payments, Discover Financial Services, Cargill, CarMax, MetLife, Berkley Insurance, Gartner, Kroger, Microsoft, and Talend. Earlier in my career, I led ERP and data migration work at Ford Motor Company, Aon Hewitt, and Tribune Company ,transforming legacy data from systems like GEAC and Integral into PeopleSoft with zero loss of integrity. That discipline — protect the data, trust the migration, prove it with an audit trail — shapes how I approach every system I build today, whether it's a decades-old warehouse or an AI agent making its first autonomous decision. The organizations winning with AI built the right foundation first: trustworthy data, and systems designed to be governed, not just powerful. That's the work I do.
