We're building the technology foundation that enables HUB to grow, integrate, and deliver differentiated client experiences at scale — including VIU by HUB, our digital insurance platform reshaping how brokerages engage with clients. I'm particularly passionate about making AI real in the enterprise — not as a proof of concept, but as a core capability woven into how people work every day. I led one of the largest generative AI deployments in the insurance brokerage industry, taking it from pilot to thousands of active users by pairing smart governance with practical adoption strategies that meet people where they are. Over 27+ years across insurance, financial services, CPG, technology, and government, I've learned that the best technology leaders don't just modernize systems — they build organizations that can continuously adapt.
