I decided to be both. My title is CTO at ECCO Select. What that actually means is that I run sales and delivery together — I'm in the room when we're scoping the engagement, and I'm accountable when the work ships. That combination matters to clients who've been through the cycle of over-promised, under-delivered technology projects. ECCO Select is a 30-year technology services firm, and we're mid-way through a real transformation. We're four businesses in one: a professional services practice, a software advisory practice built on the acquisition of Miro Consulting, a technology talent solutions business, and a government services practice. The common thread is delivery accountability. We don't just staff a project or hand over a roadmap. We stay until the outcome is real. On the professional services side, we run complex delivery engagements — SAFe Agile, product development, infrastructure modernization, cloud and observability programs. Our software advisory practice helps organizations make better decisions about their Oracle, Java, and enterprise software investments before those decisions become expensive. Talent Solutions places the specialized technology professionals that commercial and government clients can't find on their own. Government Services brings two decades of federal operational experience into agencies that need a delivery partner, not a vendor.
