Scott Nelson is CEO/CTO at Reuleaux Technology. Location: Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, United States.

I'm a physicist by training and a technology executive by trade. For three decades I've built and scaled engineering and product organizations across industrial IoT, digital health, semiconductors, and most recently, equipment finance. The pattern is always the same: take a hard, ambiguous problem, build the right team around it, and turn strategy into execution. As CTO and EVP at Logic PD, I grew engineering from a dozen to over 120 engineers and designers in three cities coast to coast as the business scaled from under $1M to over $40M in ten years. As Chief Product Officer at Digi International, I drove a strategy that grew new product revenue 7x in three years. Most recently, as President and CTO of Tamarack Technology, I founded the Tamarack AI business, applying AI and data science to underwriting, portfolio management, and customer experience in equipment finance. That work has sharpened the question I continue to ask: where does AI genuinely help, and where does human judgment still win? That critical strategic choice now shapes most of what I write, advise, and mentor others as they engage AI disruption. Reuleaux Technology is my strategy consulting practice. I stay active as an advisor and mentor with Alchemist Accelerator and others. I'm open to select advisory, board, and consulting engagements where my experience and passion are a fit.
