About Saurabh Raisinghani
Saurabh Raisinghani is Chief Technology Officer & EVP at Ford Credit. Location: Washington DC-Baltimore Area, United States.
I'm a hands-on technology leader betting on Data and AI to reinvent Ford Credit — turning a global, decades-established captive finance company into an AI-native FinTech. As CTO & EVP, I report to the CEO of Ford Credit and sit on the Executive Committee, where we set technology and business strategy as one. My conviction is simple: the companies that win the next decade will treat data and AI as the operating system of the business, not a side project. So that's what we're building — connected systems across the enterprise, a semantic layer that gives AI a trustworthy map of our data, and agentic platforms that don't just automate a task but get measurably better each time they run. I lead this close to the build. I still architect, prototype, and write: the "harness" that lets AI do real engineering work, the improvement loops that make those systems compound, and the knowledge layer that makes them safe to trust. I believe a technology leader should be able to reason at the level of the code and the boardroom in the same conversation. At scale, that means: • Foundational AI — a governed platform for agentic and generative AI, grounded in a semantic layer and a data backbone modernized from Hadoop to BigQuery. • Cloud-native core — from mainframe to DevSecOps and cloud-native, modernizing originations, receivables, treasury, cash management, funding and securitization, payments, and billing. • Connected FinTech & digital — unifying asset financing, services, insurance, banking, and payments around modern customer and account domains, with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, connected eCommerce, and native mobile / Node-React platforms. • Trust by design — IT security, compliance, and regulatory standards across North America, Europe, and China. None of it works without people. I lead 1,200+ engineers across NA, the UK, Spain, Germany, Romania, China, and India, and I invest heavily in spreading knowledge and building a durable talent pipeline — turning engineers into AI-fluent builders and developing the leaders who will run this next. I'm energized by the intersection of deep technology, scale, and talent: building an AI-native organization, and the people who will carry it forward.
