I’m a technology leader focused on building and scaling AI-driven platforms that help global organizations navigate change, complexity, and growth. With a background in big data and highly scalable backend systems, I joined Globant when it was a 20-person startup and have been part of its growth into a 12,000+ professional organization across 16 countries, working with the world’s leading brands. Throughout this journey, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver intelligent enterprise solutions leveraging AI, machine learning, cloud, and data at scale. Today, I lead AI transformation programs as a catalyst for organizational change—translating complex business challenges into clear technology strategies that accelerate time to market through continuous delivery and modern engineering practices. I bridge deep technical expertise with business strategy, always factoring in culture, operating models, and people to drive sustainable impact. My areas of expertise include artificial intelligence, data strategy, agile delivery, scalable software architectures, and cultural transformation. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and contributing to industry conversations, speaking at global technology events such as CES Connect2Car, ASU/GSV Summit, Transformational Retail Assembly, and the NC Tech Diversity & Inclusion in Tech Summit. I’m also actively involved in initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in technology, including collaborations with organizations like Club de Chicas Programadoras.
