I build AI that enterprises can actually put into production: auditable, governed, and safe for regulated workflows. For the last 20+ years I have led technology in high transaction, compliance bound environments, currently as CTO of a national real estate and mortgage services provider, where I hold combined CIO and CTO scope: product engineering, enterprise infrastructure, corporate systems, data, and security. Along the way I have modernized platforms that drove double digit revenue growth, integrated a major acquisition five weeks ahead of schedule, and put a patented AI architecture into production. A central focus of that work is enterprise AI governance: putting AI in front of regulated workflows in a way that stays controlled, auditable, and cost bounded. A US provisional patent covers part of this work, and the platform it describes runs in production today. I also hold two granted US patents (US 10635999 B2, US 11328233 B2) and advise growth stage companies on technology architecture, AI adoption, and operational technology risk.
