At BetterUp, I took the company from employee #1 to a 120+ person engineering org (140+ while also running product), and the business from pre-revenue to a unicorn valuation, serving 380+ enterprise customers including Disney, NASA, Chevron, Salesforce, and Hilton. Delivered FedRAMP authorization, integrated two acquisitions, and led the org through a path to profitability. Two zero-to-one runs before that: one inside a Fortune 5 incubator, one through a startup's $100M+ acquisition.
