Delivering software is critical but delivering production software is an absolute MUST. Solutions that drive ROI and profitability needs someone who can stay aligned with the pulse of the business, understand the problem and deliver a solution. Having intimate knowledge of the software development life cycle is critical to delivery but understanding the needs of the business is just as critical. I'm passionate about solving problems and pride myself on building teams that share that same passion. For the past 4 years I've navigated between software development and the c-suite ultimately contributing to a successful startup which sold to a Fortune 500 company. I continue to help grow that business by building technology solutions that drive profitability. I retain my tech skills in order to understand what is possible. Being intimately involved in the implementation of machine learning further enforced the need to stay close to the technology. My career goals are to keep building my leadership skills, develop great teams, keep learning, solve problems and ultimately become a CTO of an organization. I want to connect with like minded individuals.
