I am a technology executive, organizational change leader, and Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, with research focused on artificial intelligence, responsible AI governance, and workforce transformation. My career has spanned financial services, insurance, government, healthcare, big tech, and the nonprofit sector, giving me a broad perspective on how technology can reshape organizations, industries, and communities. I have led enterprise modernization, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data strategy, AI governance, large-scale operating model change, and high-performing global technology teams. As a former CIO and current CTO, I view technology leadership as a human-centered discipline. The most important work is not simply implementing tools, but helping organizations make better decisions, build trust, manage risk, and prepare their people for change. In the age of AI, that responsibility is more urgent than ever. My doctoral research explored how organizations can identify and scale promising practices for responsible AI governance, with a focus on human judgment, stakeholder trust, accountability, and workforce transformation. This research now informs my work with boards, executive teams, and cross-functional leaders as they navigate the opportunities and responsibilities of emerging technology.
