I am a seasoned Information Assurance professional with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. My experiences have provided me with an offensive and defensive perspective with respect to enterprise level intrusions. I have spent the past 15+ years focused on defending and mitigating networks from organized adversary attacks by working hands-on within compromised enterprises, through educational opportunities, counterintelligence efforts, and organizing concepts for tools for hunting and analyzing artifacts. In September 2012, I started Maddrix with a colleague to focus on cyber threat analysis and helping government and critical infrastructure organizations with the paradigm change required to effectively respond to and mitigate risk from sophisticated and persistent threat actors.
