JUNIOR PARTNER CTO (Pon.Bike): As CTO from newly acquired Dorel Sports (Jan 2022), presented vision and strategy for new owner Pon Holdings. Won C-Suite support for technology vision and promoted to overall Pon.Bike operating company CTO. DOREL SPORTS DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION / ACQUISITION ENABLEMENT (Pon.Bike): Designed new IT model, modernized IT structure, enabled DTC channels, and led digital transformation across infrastructure, systems ecosystem, and app development– critical to successful sale of Dorel Sports. DTC DEVELOPMENT (Pon.Bike): Turned around DTC software development (no product in 5 years) to enable DTC commerce within 6 months during COVID. Within 2 years, 20% of Dorel revenues came from ecommerce – greatly increasing company value to potential buyers. ERP & DTC CHANNELS / CORNERSTONE OF COMPANY SALE (Calpine): Delivered industry-first energy ERP and DTC channel platform expandable across N. American energy retail markets - key in Calpine Corp purchase of North American Power in 2017. GROWTH & MODULARITY (Calpine): Designed new ERP and DTC platform with growth and modularity as key principles. These designs were updated after Calpine's purchase to support usage at new retail energy sister companies owned by Calpine. ECOMMERCE LEADERSHIP (Crumpeta): Oversaw ecommerce marketing initiatives for 20+ B2C clients. Realigned IT depts and built strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps. Accelerated client time-to-market by average of 50%.
