Seasoned Fintech professional with extensive experience in delivering the technology that helps banks, payment networks, payment processors, and merchants evolve to meet market & client needs. Strong background in enterprise systems, cloud architecture and migration, AI enablement, and cybersecurity. As CTO for FIS' Global Payments One Issuing solutions, including industry leading Debit, Credit, Fraud and Card production solutions, I lead the development, implementation, management and modernization of FIS' issuing technology supporting thousands of financial institution clients and hundreds of millions of consumers around the globe. Prior to this role I was CTO for FIS' Commercial Services and BPaaS Division, where I led the evaluation, development, implementation, and management of FIS' BPaaS solutions including Image Processing Technology Services, Output Solutions, Robotic Process Automation, and Benefit Card technologies. During this time, I also led FIS' centralized technology organizations that enable FIS' global software development capabilities, directing and implementing software development policies, process modernization and standardization, AI enablement, governance, RISC, and tooling for FIS' 12,000+ global development associates. In this capacity, my teams drove continual improvement in how FIS builds the solutions that advance the way the world pays, banks, and invests. I joined FIS through the acquisition of BankWare, Inc in 2004 where, as Chief Technology Officer, I led the development of the industry's leading image payment and workflow automation solution, ImageCentre. Prior to joining BankWare as Chief Technology Officer in 2000, I was a successful software development entrepreneur and founding member of industry leading Fintech companies including Document Solutions, Inc. and KnoWare, Inc.
