I am the Chief Executive Officer at Vipers Pro Men's basketball team, a professional sports organization competing in a global league with a strong community impact. I have been leading this team since 2013, and we have achieved over 17.5 million in analytics and played in over 12 countries. I am passionate about sports, youth empowerment, and Tech. I founded Donuts with Dad, a social initiative that promotes fatherhood and family values, and serve as a Camp Director at Nike, organizing and managing some of the largest camps in Illinois sport for basketball. Including the activation for Chicago Sky camps in 2024. As the Chief Executive Officer at Ballin in the Metaverse, I lead a company that provides immersive and interactive experiences in the virtual world and metaverse technologies. I have completed certifications in Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies, and Metaverse and NFTs for Marketing, from prestigious institutions and companies such as UC Berkeley and LinkedIn. Additionally, I am a proud Member of ForbesBLK, a network of Black entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders, and creators that are driving systemic change in business, culture, and society. I have been recognized as one of the Top 100 influential African American Women to follow on LinkedIn, and as a Power Player and a History Maker, for my contributions and achievements in various domains. I have also studied Negotiation Mastery at Harvard Business School Online, and I have a keen interest in millennial spending habits and social engagement, especially in relation to E-sports, metaverse, and sporting demographics which lead me to enroll in business analytics at Harvard University. I’ve recently added Posh Multiverse to the family, as the first avatar signed to a professional modeling agency made in my likeness. Posh has walk'd in San Diego Fashion Week 2024. It was the first integration of Tech and Fashion for the event, as San Diego’s longest standing fashion show in the region.
